Job Title: Business Support Officer
Salary: £24,201 - £25,795 per annum 
35 Hours per Week
Location: Wildwood

Team: Business Support

12 Month Fixed Term Contract
 

The Role: 

We are looking for a professional, friendly, enthusiastic and positive individual to join the Business Support Service mainly supporting the Economy and Infrastructure Directorate. As a Business Support Officer, you will be part of a fast paced, exciting, dynamic team working in a multi disciplined environment.

 Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a team developing and providing confidential, accurate and efficient business support to operational services and to provide innovative approaches to improve business activity. You will also be able to work as part of a team to ensure the service is proactive, responsive, flexible, efficient and ensure that administrative procedures operate effectively and are in accordance with key policies and other procedures Customer services will be at the core of all duties you undertake.

 You must be IT literate and demonstrate good organisational skills, along with a high degree of customer focus and must have a practical approach to problem resolution. Your communication skills will be clear and concise and of a high standard. You will have a “can do” attitude and enjoy working in a multi faceted area of Worcestershire County Council.
