Salary: £26,213 to £28,435 per annum

Supporting Families First (S.F.F) is a multi-disciplinary service which is part of the Family Front Door within Worcestershire Children Services. The service works with children and families who are subject to plans where unmet need has been identified as having an adverse effect on them.
Longer term we wish to appoint a full time, permanent, Business Support Officer within the Redditch and Wychavon area with the impending Social Work Reforms over the next 6 – 12 months. In the interim period you will directly support the Group Manager and administration colleagues within S.F.F as needed. This is an exciting time to join as we transition to the Families First Model way of working to support our most vulnerable children and families. You will need to be resilient, have great communication skills, the confidence to work with senior colleagues and the ability to flexible as there will be time when requests will be on short notice. The ability to handle sensitive/confidential information is also a requirement. It is important that you are confident with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to use a service user-based system would also be of benefit but training is available if you do not.
