Hagley Primary School has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Class Teacher and Phase Leader in KS2 (either for Years 3 and 4 or Year 5 and 6). This role is not suitable for ECTs.
Hagley Primary School is in the north of Worcestershire. We are a 3 form entry school with 669 children on roll in extensive grounds, and a nursery class.

We are looking to appoint a Phase Leader who is: highly skilled, inspirational, enthusiastic and creative, and who can effectively use a range of outstanding teaching and learning strategies.
The successful candidate will have evidence of outstanding classroom practice with a creative approach and determination to raise standards, and will have high expectations for pupil achievement and conduct. In return, we offer a welcoming school with well-behaved children who are eager to learn. There may also be opportunities to be involved in wider strategic development of the school for the successful candidate.
