Salary: £24,201 - £28,435 (Experience dependent)

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Customer Services Contact Centre Team. The role represents a unique opportunity to join a dedicated, supportive and friendly team delivering a high standard of customer service to the residents of Worcestershire. As a Customer Services Adviser you will work as part of a multi-functional providing a first point of contact for telephone, webchat and online enquiries. You will provide information, advice and request fulfilment services to our customers on behalf of Worcestershire County Council.
The role will require first class customer service, professionalism, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers, taking ownership and appropriate action. You will also need to be IT literate, using a variety of IT systems ensuring that a full accurate electronic record of all customer interactions is maintained. You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a “can do” and practical approach and have clear, concise and assertive communication skills, both written and oral.
