Job Title: Human Resources Co-Ordinator
Salary: £27,052 - £29,345 per annum 
35 Hours per Week
Location: Wildwood

Team: Human Resources Operations Team
Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2026

 

The Role:

Our passion for customer focus and adding value for managers and employees ensures that we deliver a first-class service.   We are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to be part of our busy HR Advice and Guidance Team, providing a high-quality service to over a 2,500 workforce

In this critical role, you will be responding to contact from our managers and employees via our first point of contact model in a confidential, professional, prompt and efficient way and providing some basic HR advice at that first point of contact.

As a key member of our busy team, this exciting role is an opportunity to develop your HR career in a rewarding environment, with a friendly team who are keen to support your development and help you excel in this customer focused role

To succeed in this role, you will need to be incredibly organised, experienced in managing a high volume of work and be comfortable working at pace to deadlines.  Most importantly you will be highly motivated to work with people. 

You will be an effective communicator, with a strong customer focus, co-ordinating, signposting, ad providing advice and promoting best practice on a full range of employment matters. You will have excellent attention to detail and be confident in using Microsoft Office.

You will need:

  • A Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards or equivalent experience
  • A flexible and resilient approach to work.
  • A personal commitment to continuous professional development.
