JOB OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Offmore Primary School. This role is varied, and will involve working alongside our EYFS students. We are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual who is confident to lead group sessions with children and work within a team of enthusiastic staff.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Working within our EYFS team (2-5year olds), preparing and carrying out planned activities and communicating with families in regards to their child’s day.

· The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the recent changes to the EYFS curriculum and why these changes have been made.

· Supporting individuals with EHC plans.

· Supporting assessment and evidencing learning.

· Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources.

· Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners.

· Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability.

· Modelling our core value of respect.
