Salary: £14,074 to £14,750 per annum (pay award pending)
Part-time: 21 hours – 3 days a week

We are a busy, friendly, well supported legal team serving Worcestershire County Council in a beautiful and conveniently situated location in Worcester. We provide a high quality and well-regarded service to our users and now need to recruit a Legal Clerk to our Adults, Education and Debts Recovery Team.

As part of the Adults, Education and Debt Recovery Team you will have responsibility to provide administrative support to the Solicitors and Legal Assistants within the team who advise on a range of Adult Social Care, Education and Debt Recovery matters across all Directorates.

Your main role will be to open and close case files using an electronic case management system, data entry, to create and update Court bundles, type standard letters, send out and scan correspondence, diarise Court Orders and maintain and update case progression spreadsheets.

The role will primarily be office based at Wildwood in Worcester in order to attend to incoming and outgoing post and other office-based duties e.g. printing, photocopying and scanning of documents etc on a rota basis, with the option to work from home 1 day per week, with full wrap around technological support.
