Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Salary: £5,948 per annum pro rata
Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, Term time only
Location: Lickey Hills Primary School and Nursery, Old Birmingham Road, Lickey
Temporary until End of December 2026

The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team, supporting our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) approach. You will supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied play opportunities that are safe but appropriately challenging. You will play an active role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging creative and independent play, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
Encouraging positive behavior and supporting school rules
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
Assisting with mealtime routines and hygiene practices
Working collaboratively with other staff members
Skills and Qualities:
Friendly, approachable, and patient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage groups of children effectively
Reliability and a commitment to safeguarding children

Disclosure Barring Service (DBS)
