Salary: £53,915 - £57,204 per annum

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced SEND Practice Manager to join our team in Worcestershire. This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping and improving practice across our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services.
About the Role
As the SEND Practice Manager, you will lead on driving high-quality practice across the SEND team, ensuring our approach is child-centred, inclusive, and outcome-focused. Working closely with education, health, and care partners, you will support practitioners to deliver timely, good quality plans that make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and embed best practice across the SEND service
- Support and supervise the pre and post 14 area teams
- Work in collaboration with families, schools, and external agencies
- Lead on continuous professional development and quality assurance
- Monitor service performance and contribute to strategic planning
