Salary: £33,146 to £35,549 per annum, plus up to 3 SPA points
21 Hours per Week

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a School Improvement Adviser. Prospective candidates will be experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement. We are open to permanent appointments or a secondment arrangement, if preferred. Individuals will have the ability to develop and deliver highly effective support to a range of education settings in order achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy.
In this exciting and sometimes challenging role you will have the opportunity to forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders and Governors. As a School Improvement Adviser your role will include providing advice, coaching support and CPD on all aspects of effective leadership and school improvement. You will have a caseload of schools to advise, as well as actively contributing to the CPD and bespoke support delivered by the School Improvement Team. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, fulfilling our mission and vision and particularly championing the value of ‘good education for all children.
