This is a compliment for one of the team:

“I just wanted to feedback to the manager of *** in your team.

I am the main carer for my wife your worker has been so helpful and really on the ball ever since being in contact with her. I have been informed about every step of the process and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service me and my wife has received so far.

As the main carer for my wife, I have struggled for many months but since being in contact everything has happened so fast, it is really re-assuring."
