Job Introduction

Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £14116.30 - £14340.65 per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours / week
Location: Dodford First School, Fockbury Road, Dodford, Bromsgrove, B61 9AW
Contract: Part-time, fixed-term until July 2027

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position may be based in either EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate.

We are looking for someone who:

Is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children
Has high expectations for achievement, behaviour and learning
Has experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. Experience or knowledge of working within EYFS would be an advantage
Is committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Brings enthusiasm, creativity and dedication to the classroom
Works well as part of a supportive team
Has a willingness to contribute to the wider school community

Disclosure Barring Service (DBS)
