Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months (This post is offered on a fixed-term basis initially however, there is potential for permanency subject to service needs)
The Role:
Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people? We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Co-ordinator to join the Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving multi-agency safeguarding work across the county, working closely with partners across local authority, health, police, education and the voluntary sector.
You’ll be at the heart of coordinating priority work programmes, supporting Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, and helping to deliver impactful learning and engagement activity. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has strong organisational and analytical skills, and is motivated by making a real difference to children’s lives.
You’ll be joining a small, friendly and supportive team, working in a hybrid role with a mix of home working and attending meetings in person at Wildwood and other County Council sites across Worcestershire as required. Please note, this role is not suitable for fully home-based working.
