Vacancy: Year 4 Class Teacher
Salary: Main Scale/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time and Temporary (1 term)
Required from: 13th April 2026

Our Governing Body wishes to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic class teacher to join our school team. This is a one term contract teaching a Year 4 class in our two-form entry school. However, we will also be advertising a permanent position for September 2026 and we will interview for this position early in the Summer term.
You will need to be
· Be a qualified teacher with QTS
· Have a sound understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
· Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning that meets the needs of all learners
· Inspire and motivate children to reach their full potential
· Demonstrate effective classroom management skills
· Be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
