Job Title:  1:1 Teacher Assistant 
Salary: FTE £23450 to £23821 pro rata (actual £16737 to £17017) - TA2 SCP5-6
Hours: 32.5 hours per week TTO plus TEDs – 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

  • Demonstrate good subject knowledge in working with SEND children;
  • Are flexible, adaptive and versatile in the face of day-to-day school life;
  • Strive to work as part of an effective and successful team, at times being directed and, at others, using initiative;
  • Are eager to engage in CPD, whilst willing to learn and be reflective in their own practice.
