The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team of Worcestershire Children's Services. This role primarily involves the administration before, during and after Child Protection Conferences and Position of Trust meetings; but will also involve the arranging of these meetings from time to time.

The role and responsibilities will encompass interesting, varied and challenging tasks where effective communication, organisation and flexibility are paramount. Reliability, adaptability, the ability to work individually and as part of a team, effective time management skills, computer literacy and the ability to prioritise your own workload are essential key qualities for this post. The role will occasionally necessitate travel to various Conference venues around the County.

* Are an accurate, fast touch-typist
* Can take accurate minutes in a multi-agency setting
* Have excellent written and oral communication skills
* Are emotionally resilient and able to work at a high pace
* Have access to a car and are willing to travel around the County

We operate a hybrid working system: 2 days per week in the office.
