Salary: £16,514 to £16,790 per annum
26 Hours per Week

The Role
The Inclusion Support Service has a vacancy for an experienced administrator to join a small team supporting the Inclusion Support Services. The role is to specifically support with the administration of Early Years Inclusion Funding and Early Years Inclusion Process. The role is varied including supporting Early Years providers navigate the funding process, processing funding applications, working across payment systems and providing regular reports to support the work of the Early Years Inclusion Team. It will also to provide administrative support to ensure that Early Years Inclusion Notifications are processed in line with our workflow. This post is permanent and is for 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The right candidate will have:
- Excellent IT skills especially a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience of using technology for data recording and extraction. Experience of other software packages.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work to external deadlines.
- Experience of working in an administrative role within an environment that requires flexibility.
- An ability to work effectively on joint activities with colleagues and /or representatives from partner organisations and agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with telephone enquiries from a range of service users.
