Job Title: Family Help Social Care Children's Team Manager 

Salary: £51,464 to 55,388  per annum 
37 Hours per Week
Location: Pershore Civic Centre 
Team: Redditch and Wychavon Family Help Team 
Permanent 
 

The Role 

 Worcestershire Children’s Services are proud to be identified by OFSTED as providing GOOD services to children and young people

 Our leadership team plays a vital role in leading, supporting, and inspiring not only our internal teams but also our work with partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes for families.

As we transform our services in line with the new Social Care Reforms, we are excited to introduce this new management and leadership role within one of our developing Family Help District Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team, working alongside experienced, passionate, and permanent colleagues who are committed to making a difference.

We are looking for a Children’s  Social Care Team Manager with substantial experience in children and families services. If you bring strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving outcomes for Children and their families , we would love to hear from you.
