The Role:
Are you looking to build on your HR, or recruitment experience in a role where your ideas and input are valued, or perhaps you’re looking for a career change?
If so, then the perfect opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our small, but perfectly formed and highly respected, Resourcing Team here at Worcestershire County Council.
You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, providing advice and support throughout the recruitment process. From the initial contact from a manager, all the way through to a successful candidate starting with us, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally and answer any queries along the way.
The majority of our recruitment is undertaken using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Tribepad, so having knowledge of this or a similar programme would be great, but not essential.
More important, is that you have experience in providing great customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, having excellent time management and organisational skills as well as being able to work under your own initiative and prioritising tasks as required.
If this sounds like you, or you’d like to find out more on what we’re looking for, then take a look at the attached Person Specification and Job Description and if you’d like more information, please contact Paul Denslow (Resourcing Team Leader) pdenslow@worcestershire.gov.uk
