Hours: 37 hours per week term time plus 2 weeks

The Role
As School Administrator, you will join our incredible office team welcoming parents, visitors and staff, providing a professional and friendly service. You will support the smooth running of the school office and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the school.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the school MIS (Arbor)
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Maintaining pupil and staff records accurately
- Supporting attendance, admissions and data administration
- Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
- Managing correspondence, diaries and routine office tasks
- Using school ICT systems efficiently and securely
- Supporting safeguarding and confidentiality procedures at all times
- Maintain the Single Central Record to a high standard
- Support the organisation of educational visits alongside the finance administrator
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be calm, flexible and professional in a busy school environment
- Have excellent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, school MIS systems)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality
- Have previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable but not essential)
