We support individuals from 18+ with functional mental health conditions as well as co-morbidities and support the transition process from children to adult’s services when required.
We are passionate about the development of staff within the team and are a supportive, dynamic, and person-centred team of practitioners. We encourage regular reflection with fortnightly reflective practice sessions and have the social work academy who offer a range of training opportunities for staff. We also have practice educators in the team and regularly welcome students on placement as well as have staff who have recently completed their AMHP training, ASYE and apprenticeships.
