Salary: £19,964 - £20,277 per annum

Fort Royal Primary School is seeking to appoint Grade One Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated staff team.

We are a Primary School is in the heart of Worcester, providing a nurturing, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment for children with a wide range of special educational needs. We are looking for candidates who under the direction and control of the Class Teacher or Lead Teaching Assistant:

Ensure the well-being and safety of individual pupils and to always follow the safeguarding policies and procedures.
Ensure that pupils are supported in their learning and care as needed but also ensuring that their independence and general development is also supported.
Assist at an appropriate level with the provision of general care and welfare of children.
