 Team Supervisor – Reablement

Location: Worcestershire
Salary:  £31,537- £33,699 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Supervisor to join our Reablement Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting individuals to regain independence, confidence, and daily living skills following illness, injury, or hospital discharge.

As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, supporting staff development, and driving positive outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Supervisory and leadership support to a team of 24 Assistants
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
  • Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals, and performance management
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals, families, and stakeholder
  • Support recruitment, induction, and training of staff
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of documentation
  • Participate in a duty rota.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about promoting independence and delivering person-centred care
  • Experienced in supervising or leading a team within health or social care
  • Knowledgeable about Reablement principles and best practice
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to staff development and continuous improvement
