Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant
Salary: £12,100 - 12,292 per annum (this is actual salary as pro rata for 17.5 hours)
17.5 Hours per Week
Location: Pershore Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1PT

Team: Education Engagement Team
Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/26
 

The Role: 

The Education Engagement Team delivers the statutory duties required of the Local Authority to secure regular school attendance and support Children Missing Education (CME).

We are looking to recruit a reliable and talented administrator to support the work of the team in response to increased demand.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver a high standard of administrative support ensuring attention to detail and upholding confidentiality at all times. 

Duties will include processing of requests made by schools and service users, inputting of data, handling relevant telephone or email enquiries as well as liaising with relevant partner organisations. Other key administrative tasks may be required to meet business need.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite efficient manner and the ability to provide a professional, positive and responsive service at all times.
