The Role: 

The Worcestershire Pension Fund is looking for a Pensions Assistant to join our high performing Administration function.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team to provide a range of pension services, such as calculations needed to undertake relevant assessments of members benefits.  You will also be first point of contact and also prepare correspondence going to members, ensuring that the information is clear, concise and easy to understand.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in working in pensions administration or a similar environment.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and within defined quality standards.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships.
