Job Title: Area Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £59,000 per annum 
37 Hours per Week
Location: Area Team Malvern
Team: Malvern - Adults
Permanent contract

 

We are excited to offer two opportunities for the role of Area Manager within the Adult Care directorate. As an Area Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across adult care services in your designated area. This is a pivotal role where you will champion high-quality, 3 conversation, strengths-based, person-centred practice, and drive continuous improvement across the service. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence service delivery at a strategic level and make a real difference in the lives of people across our communities. You will be supported with excellent professional development opportunities in a team that values career development. There will be opportunities to lead projects and deputise for the Head of Service. Malvern Area team is one of the six Area teams and you will work closely with other Area managers to drive productivity and performance.
