Supporting young people aged 16-24 into positive destinations to achieve their career and employment aspirations. As a Careers and Employment advisor you will be part of a dynamic team using our young person centred approach that supports young people into employment, education or training.
Careers Worcestershire provides young people with a safe, friendly, inclusive, and welcoming environment where they can access helpful support and advice.

You will ideally have experience of delivering 1:1 or group mentoring sessions and knowledge of the fundamentals of mentoring and youth work, along with experience of designing and developing resources for young people.
The role requires regular travel across Worcestershire to work with young people in outreach locations, some of which may not be covered by public transport. Applicants must be able to meet this travel requirement.
