Salary: £22,098 - £25,995 per annum (this is based on a 30hr offer, this figure will be pro rata based on the hours being offered) additional payments of up to £2,500 per annum for Sleep in duties

What You will Do
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Support children to reach their goals and develop new skills.
- Bring fun and creativity into everyday activities—swimming, outings, messy play, sensory sessions, games and more!
- Help plan exciting sessions tailored to each child’s interests.
- Work as part of a supportive, experienced, and friendly team.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with families and professionals.
